Following the success of the event in London, we are pleased to announce that the third Airport Leadership and Change Management Forum will take place in Bologna on October 23–25.
The Forum will be hosted by Airports Council International (ACI) EUROPE and organised by Aviation Media in partnership with This Is… (an organisation and leadership development consultancy).
Aviation supports more than 56 million jobs worldwide and $2.2 trillion in DGP. Of the 56.6 million jobs supported by aviation, there are 8.4 million people directly employed by the sector, 9.3 million jobs at aviation industry suppliers and 4.4 million jobs are induced through spending by aviation industry employees.*
The Forum will highlight the current challenges facing airport leaders, the importance of leadership best practices in a challenging & changing environment, working in partnership with stakeholders, building the leadership pipeline, strategic change best practice mental toughness and health & wellbeing.
The Forum is aimed at airport CEOs, Senior Executives, HR Leaders, Strategy Advisors, Change Management Professionals, Organisation Development and Business Improvement Specialists.
Speakers will include leaders in the field of leadership and organisation change, as well as airport CEOs and senior executives, and other top experts.
Delegates will learn from best in class case studies and participate in interactive educational workshops, which will allow them to develop and hone their skills.
